With severe bandwidth limitations and aggressive go to market strategy, the need to scale their full-stack and mobile team became increasingly important. They looked for an alternative to quickly recruit, on-board, and train talent.
Quickly integrating the Fuse team and establishing elective communication were the two highest priorities. Fuse engineers were quick to learn their project management, communication, and internal team tools.
The Fuse team quickly began playing a larger role and expanded from 5 engineers to 11 within the first six months. The expanded team continued to work on core initiatives including the development of their mobile app. To ensure a smooth expansion, Fuse sent two of the new engineers on-site to their HQ.
